Summer Challenge Final Results
Well, I didn't quite reach my goal, but I came close.
Before Weight: 200 lbs
Before Body fat: 9%
After Weight: 205 lbs
After Body fat: 7%
Goal Weight: 210lbs
Goal Body fat: 5%
