I began my love for health and fitness at an early age. As an Elementary P.E. teacher, I get the opportunity to share this passion with my students and to help them understand the benefits and importance of eating healthy and being physically active.

As a Vegan athlete I understand the importance of nutrition and its role in performance. I believe that in order to be your best mentally and physically, it is imperative to eat well and give your body the fuel it needs.
I work with all ages and fitness levels and provide a fun and challenging atmosphere to assist my students and clients in attaining their fitness goals.
In my free time, I enjoy running and biking around Town Lake, weight training, rowing and playing sand volleyball and basketball.
